1 Introduction & Acceptance

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

jku9 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on jku9 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000; depositing ৳42,000 or more gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total will be ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn (৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000).

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• An account is not eligible to receive the welcome bonus more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• jku9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• In any bonus-related dispute, jku9's decision is final.

4.4 VIP Program

jku9 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver offers up to 0.5%, and Gold offers up to 0.8%. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

5 Prohibited Activities & Account Closure Policy

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jku9:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Manipulating bonuses or promotional offers for abuse.
• Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial activity.
• Fraudulent conduct toward other users.

5.2 Account Suspension or Cancellation

In the event of any breach of the above rules, jku9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice and forfeit the associated balance. jku9's judgment in such decisions is final.
